For quite some time now I have been looking for the perfect pair of riding boots. I can't believe I do not already own a pair as they are a fall wardrobe must! The kind of riding boot I want is one that preferably does not have a zipper, is brown, and causal enough for day to day wear. I really really love the Frye boots best and even though they are a bit pricey, they are made well and I will be sure to wear them a lot! Here are some ideas of what I like:
jcrew Nottingham's ($240 on sale)
These are a little lighter brown than what I had in mind, but I love how rich and buttery the leather looks!
'Frenchh' Engineer Boot by Steve Madden ($99.50 on sale)

These are a little lighter brown than what I had in mind, but I love how rich and buttery the leather looks!

These can be found at Nordstrom's and right now it is their half yearly sale so that is why they are on sale. I think the two buckles are a nice touch!
Frye Dorado Low Boots ($498)

I like these but do you think they are a bit too rugged and westernesque(if that's even a word)?

These would I have to be my favorite! I also know that DSW has Frye's so I can check there too. Do you know of any other great riding boots? Thanks for reading and I'll let you know what I decide on!
I like numbers 1 and 4 the best!!!
ReplyDeleteI've been searching for the perfect riding boots too! I agree with the other comment - love 1 and 4. I left you an award on my blog!
ReplyDelete1 & 4 are my faves! I would take the Frye over J. Crew because of their durability. The extra $100 is worth it when they will last for the rest of your life!
