Favorite Things on Amazon

With Amazon Prime Day being 7/15 & 7/16 I rounded up the last few things that I recommend and were bought on Amazon. Let me know if any of you are taking advantage of any Prime Day deals. The only things I need need are a new picture frame and a dish drying thing but I will definitely be checking stuff out.

amazon remington fabric shaver

This thing is awesome it "shaves" off pills on fabric and makes clothing look a little more like new. I use it most often on the backs of sweaters and its so easy to use you literally just turn it on and run it over the material that has pills. The fabric you shave goes into the bottom of the little device so you can easily empty it out like a handheld vacuum when it gets full.

Bed Shelfie

I have a platform bed and it's in a nook so there isn't room for a nightstand or anything. This little bed shelf is perfect for storing my headlamp, glasses 5 year journal and anything else. It clamps onto your bed frame and you don't need tools or anything to attach it.
amazon coffee table
sally sarko tv room

I wanted a cheap, simple coffee table and this one does the job perfectly. I like to sit down and work if I'm not at my desk and this coffee table is the perfect height for that. The little room that my TV is in is super small but this coffee table is super sleek so it doesn't clutter up or overcrowd the room at all. I never have magazines but there is also a magazine holder on the end that you could probably put notebooks or tall books in too.

white muji toothbrush holders

I miss the Muji store (because I haven't been to NYC recently) but apparently they also sell on amazon. There is something super satisfying to me about the way these toothbrush holders look. They only work if you have a "normal" sized toothbrush so not one that is electric and needs to be charged but I just love the way they look. I haven't tried them with other things yet but they would probably work with makeup brushes or other similar things too.

pink nourison area rug

There are tons of different sizes and colors/patterns of these rugs. I was very pleased with how it looks in real life. The pile is really low but the colors don't look weird or anything.

korean face masks
I'll never buy any other kind of face mask. These are super affordable and you can get variety packs and make your skin look/feel really good! These are the sheet kind so you don't need to wash anything off your face. I love bringing them when travelling when I know I won't be getting that much sleep or using them on the weekends. I don't know if I'd be YOLO enough to do this but a girl next to me used one on an airplane once which would also be a perfect time to use one.

Wall Art

Image via Design Sponge

Washi tape makes a fun alternative to picture frames. It is available at most craft stores or you can get it here. It doesn't leave any sticky stuff behind so it is perfect for dorms or apartments.

Scratch off maps. I've seen tons of these lately. They're aesthetically pleasing and great conversation starters.

Gold Prints. Mermaids and metallic gold are two of my favorite things. Side note, did anyone else think that "Mermaids, the Body Found" fake documentary on Discovery Channel was real and then get really mad at the end??

Coffee anything. This is where you can get the above print, I like this one and this one as well.

Tapestries. I like these instead of headboards but I do not know if horizontal lines above your head is good feng shui.

Woven Tapestry. Wish I remembered how to weave/ still had my little American Girl Doll loom. The above is from CB2.

Keep Calm And Blog On

I hope everyone is having a great week! Here are some of my favorite variations of the original "Keep Calm And Carry On", they are either from this etsy shop or various google image ones I had saved on my computer....
I have this one above my desk at school, maybe that explains all my sweet cravings. Also cool fact about OSU, there is a cupcake station at the student Union now where you can pick your icing color and toppings, I go there at least twice a week!

LOVE this!

I want a micro mini tea cup pig soooo badly!

TSM

My roommate is addicted to coffee and has kind of spread her addiction to me! I need to get back to only drinking my green tea, as coffee really does make me jittery and have headaches!
Do you all have any favorites? I'd love to hear!

I want to move into...

One of these playhouses! They look just like real houses, and the one on the bottom even has a piano. Playing house or school were two of my favorite things to do as a child so I would have loved one of these mini homes.

Liberty of London

I was super excited when I heard that Liberty of London was going to have a line for Target! I marked the launch date, March 14th on my calendar and made sure to stop in to check it out.
I liked the little girls clothes the most!

The little girls bathing suits were really cute but must have gone fast as they were already very picked over when I got there.
More sundresses, the colors looked much better in person.

I am a headband fanatic! I tend to like the thicker ones more though.

There were lots of office supplies, like these file folder holders, or whatever they are called!

But, the thing I really wanted to check out was this adorable paisley bike and my Target didn't have it! If I see this after Easter I am seriously buying it, it could actually be considered practical as I love bike rides.
Have checked out the Liberty of London line? Did your Target have the bike? I thought everything was cute, but I did not feel there was anything I really really wanted.

One Kings Lane + Lilly

I love One Kings Lane, usually I just like to take a peek and see what they have but today they had some Lilly items so I ordered.....

This cute address book and pen set. I have been wanting a Lilly pen for quite a while and was glad to find one in the mumsie print because I have a mumsie notebook so now I can match! If you would like an invite to One Kings Lane, there is a link for you here.
Another exciting thing in the Lilly world is that this coming Monday Lilly Pulitzer will be coming to Ruelala! I was so excited when I saw this, I remember last time Lilly came to Ruelala everything sold out super quickly. On Ruelala's little slide show preview I saw some pieces in the Color By Number print, which I love! (it's pictured below pic from Lilly Pulitzer website)
If you need an invite to Ruelala, here is one. Happy shopping!

Bedding!!

I hope all of you had great Christmases! I sure did, Santa was very good to me, but it went by too quickly!

Is anyone else super excited for the new Lilly Pulitzer for Garnet Hill bedding? Two of my favorite companies pairing up, love it! Garnet Hill's website says it will be up by mid January. I cannot wait, I really love bedding.

p.s I have also been eyeing up this adorable Bowen embroidered dress from Lilly....
